Brief Professional Background

I attended West Virginia University and received a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food Sciences with a Psychology minor. I then attended Marshall University and pursued a Master of Science in Dietetics. I have completed a 1,200 hour Dietetic Internship in various health fields, including acute care, long-term care, community, schools, gyms, and foodservice management. After graduate school, I worked for Austin's Athletic Department at The University of Texas. Since then, I have gained experience working with a wide variety of clientele, ranging from those seeking disease management and prevention to those seeking weight loss.Â
I believe there is no one size fits all when it comes to nutrition and health. If you would like to know more, I would love to chat with you!
